Email Manager
Hepsia's Email Manager is a one-stop email management tool, which will give you full authority over your mailbox accounts and e-mail newsletters. With this easy-to-navigate graphical user interface, you can create a brand new e-mail account in an instant and administer its settings effortlessly. What's more, you can forward emails from one email mailbox to another, set up email filters, set up autoresponder messages and secure your email box accounts against spam electronic mails.
Anti-Spam Protection
We have server-side anti-spam filtering software, so you can protect all your e-mail boxes against junk mails. You can also change the anti-spam protection level from 'Very Low' to 'Very High' to make sure that no unsolicited messages will find their way into your e-mail box. Your e-mails will be filtered out on the basis of their spam score. You can also decide whether a mail message flagged as spam should be erased or redirected to a certain e-mail account.
Email Filters
Email filters are ideal for filtrating your incoming emails on the basis of specific rules set by you. Creating email filters is extremely easy - all you need to do is fill in a simple form and your email filter will be activated and will go into effect immediately. You can quickly create a mail filter for any of your mailbox accounts and choose the filtering criteria as per your desire.
Email Forwarding
You can easily forward your incoming e-mails from one e-mailbox to another, or even to several other email accounts. Simply choose the mail account you want to redirect electronic mails from, then select the destination e-mail box and select if you want to leave a copy on our mail servers.
Auto-Configuration Options
With the Email Manager user interface, you can quickly configure the e-mail client of your choice to access your electronic mail accounts. Simply browse to the Auto-Config column next to the email mailbox account you wish to set up on your PC or handheld device and click on the mail client that you wish to use (Microsoft Outlook, Outlook Express, Mozilla Thunderbird or Apple Mail). Then a file will be created for you. Drag the file to your e-mail client and the new e-mail account will be set up in a minute.

With the Email Manager interface, managing multiple mail accounts at the same time is a piece of cake. The Email Manager interface will also allow you to easily create an autoresponder message - specify the message you would like people to read and our system will take care of the rest. And if you would like to set up a catch-all mailbox - you can achieve that with a simple mouse click on the Catch-all icon.
